More on that, Ctrack Helpdesk is the first GPS embedded in-house support centre in Malaysia, registered with Customer Relationship Management & Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM). The initiative is to further ensure our customers’ are always equipped with excellent interactions and support mechanism.
