Overview
The Malaysia Civil industry has always been very competitive. The continued competition from new entrants on the market has forced operators to ensure that they are utilizing their assets as efficiently as possible. A recent surge in theft of civil equipment (bobcats, cherry pickers, front-end loaders, etc) meant that the insurance costs have skyrocketed for many rental agents and other operators. C-track’s ability to conceal the hardware so it cannot easily be found by a would-be thief has proven fundamental in the fight against theft. The system tracks each asset in real-time which plays a vital role in managing your assets effectively. Movement is triggered by a movement sensor and Geo-fencing.
The C-track Secure and Assist systems have been specifically developed for the civil and equipment rental markets, blending a compact low power consumption unit with real-time tracking functionality. For larger pieces of equipment you can opt to rather fit the Solo unit which has a J1939 Engine interface that allows the operator to view and download engine statistics like RPM, Speed, Engine Fault codes, Free-wheeling, Excess Idle, Oil Pressure, Water Temp, etc.
Because C-track uses mobile phone and Satellite based GPS technologies (instead of the more common beacon based technologies) it enables you to track the assets anywhere in the world (Not just in metropolitan areas).
